By casting under vacuum using silicon rubber, we can deliver exact reproductions of trial products made of urethane resin or epoxy resin in short delivery times and at low costs.
A mold can be made with quick turnaround and at a low cost by transcription from a master model

◆ Reproduction can be done by using a resin equivalent to ABS or to PP, or by using silicon rubber or urethane rubber. (Coloring in approximate colors is possible.) 
◆ Reproduction of transparent articles equivalent to acrylic resin can be achieved. (Coloring in approximate color is possible.) 
◆ Simultaneous casting of insert and outsert parts (metal inserts for screws, terminals, and so forth) is possible.

Materials for casting under vacuum
◆ Urethane resin (equivalent to ABS or PP)
◆ Epoxy resin (equivalent to acrylic resin)
◆ Urethane rubber (hardness 50 to 90 degrees)
◆ Silicon rubber (hardness 30 to 70 degrees)
Coloring is possible in any of the cases above.
